  3. 3. Break the squeezed bread rolls into small pieces.
  4. 4. Finely chop the cornichons (small sour pickles) and the pearl onions (small, sweet onions).
  5. 5. Add the minced meat, the bread pieces, the cornichons, the pearl onions, and the walnuts to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add the mustard, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Knead all ingredients well with your hands until a firm dough forms.
  8. 8. Place the paper baking cups into the compartments of the muffin tin.
  9. 9. Distribute the dough evenly among the cups.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
