  4. 4. Stir the liquid mixture thoroughly with a spoon.
  5. 5. Place the flour into a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Make a well in the center of the flour.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the salt around the edge of the flour bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the yeast liquid into the well in the flour.
  9. 9. Knead the dough slowly by gradually pulling flour from the edges into the center.
  10. 10. Continue working the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
  11. 11. If necessary, add a little more flour or water to achieve the right consistency.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  14. 14. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
