  2. 2. Grease the cups in your muffin tin generously with butter.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms.
  6. 6. Slice the mushrooms.
  7. 7. Sauté the onion and the garlic in the hot butter briefly until they are translucent.
  8. 8. Add the mushrooms.
  9. 9. Let everything cook together for about 5 minutes until the rising liquid has evaporated.
  10. 10. Remove the pan from the heat.
  11. 11. Stir in the parsley.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Whisk the eggs with the cream and the Parmesan.
  14. 14. Fold the mushroom mixture into the egg-cream mixture.
  15. 15. Fill the mass into the prepared cups.
  16. 16. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
