  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  6. 6. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  7. 7. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  8. 8. Cut the cored apple quarters into thin slices.
  9. 9. Pick over the raspberries and remove any bad berries.
  10. 10. Mix the apple slices, raspberries, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  11. 11. Divide the fruit mixture among four small baking ramekins.
  12. 12. Tear the dough into small pieces and distribute them over the fruit filling.
  13. 13. Bake the cobblers for about 25 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
  14. 14. Serve the cobblers with vanilla sauce if desired.
