  6. 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

  8. 8. Keep pushing the setting egg together with a spatula.
  9. 9. Push the omelette to the side as desired.
  10. 10. Fold the omelette gently.
  11. 11. Let the omelette cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Check if the top is still moist and shiny.
  13. 13. Check if the bottom is only lightly golden brown.
  14. 14. Slide the finished omelette from the pan onto a plate.
