Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- salt
- butter (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Crack 2 to 3 eggs into a bowl.
- 2. Season the eggs with salt.
- 3. Whisk the eggs well until they are creamy.
- 4. Heat a pan.
- 5. Add a piece of butter to the hot pan.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 7. Set the heat to low.
- 8. Keep pushing the setting egg together with a spatula.
- 9. Push the omelette to the side as desired.
- 10. Fold the omelette gently.
- 11. Let the omelette cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 12. Check if the top is still moist and shiny.
- 13. Check if the bottom is only lightly golden brown.
- 14. Slide the finished omelette from the pan onto a plate.
- 15. Serve the omelette immediately.
