  7. 7. Dust the surface of the yeast mixture with a little flour.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Cut the soft butter into small flakes.
  11. 11. Distribute the butter flakes, 50 grams of honey, and a pinch of salt around the edge of the flour.
  12. 12. Pour in the remaining milk.
  13. 13. Knead everything into a smooth, pliable dough using the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
  14. 14. Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel.
  15. 15. Let the dough rise until it has approximately doubled in size.
  16. 16. This takes between 45 and 70 minutes depending on the room temperature.
