  7. 7. Dice the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Mix the minced meat, tomatoes, tomato paste, and egg whites in a pot.
  9. 9. Pour the broth over the meat mixture.
  10. 10. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil.
  11. 11. Let the broth steep for about 60 minutes.
  12. 12. Strain the broth through a fine cloth to clarify it.
  13. 13. Clean the mushrooms for the filling.
