🥤 Fresh Kiwi Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
- 4 tsp green tea leaves
- 7 kiwis
- 1 unpeeled lime (juice)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 400 ml whey
Instructions
- 1. Pour 400 milliliters of hot water over the green tea leaves.
- 2. Let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Strain the tea leaves and let the tea liquid cool down.
- 4. Peel 6 kiwis and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Add the kiwi cubes, the cooled tea, lime juice, honey, and whey to a blender.
- 6. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 7. Peel the remaining kiwi and slice it into thin rounds.
- 8. Pour the drink into 4 glasses.
- 9. Garnish each glass with a kiwi slice and serve immediately.
