  1. 1. Puree half of the kiwis and chop the rest into small pieces. Whisk the vanilla pudding powder and the egg yolk with half of the water and wine. Heat the remaining liquid, stir in the pudding powder just before it boils, and bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the kiwi puree and the sweetener. Fold the egg whites into the hot cream and let the mixture cool down. Stir in the remaining chopped kiwis and the cream. Divide the pudding into two glass bowls and chill until serving.
