🍳 Fruity Jam Made with Kiwi and Peaches

Ingredients
- 500 g ripe peaches
- 500 g kiwi fruit flesh
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Dip the peaches briefly into boiling water.
- 2. Immediately shock them in cold water.
- 3. Peel the skin off the peaches.
- 4. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 5. Finely chop the peach flesh.
- 6. Weigh the chopped fruit.
- 7. Peel the kiwis.
- 8. Roughly chop the kiwis.
- 9. Place the fruit, lemon juice, and jam sugar into a pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 11. Boil the jam for one minute while stirring constantly.
- 12. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
- 13. Seal the jars tightly.
