  4. 4. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  5. 5. Finely chop the peach flesh.

  7. 7. Peel the kiwis.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the kiwis.
  9. 9. Place the fruit, lemon juice, and jam sugar into a pot.
  10. 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  11. 11. Boil the jam for one minute while stirring constantly.
  12. 12. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
  13. 13. Seal the jars tightly.
