🥤 Fresh Kiwi Lime Cocktail

Ingredients
- 450 g large kiwi (6 large kiwis)
- 4 limes (2 of them organic)
- 350 g pomegranate (1 pomegranate)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis thinly.
- 2. Cut the peeled kiwis into coarse cubes.
- 3. Rinse the limes under hot water.
- 4. Dry the limes with a cloth.
- 5. Halve the organic limes.
- 6. Cut a thin slice from each of the four lime halves.
- 7. Set the lime slices aside.
- 8. Halve the remaining limes as well.
- 9. Squeeze all the limes.
- 10. Cut out a wedge-shaped piece at the crown of the pomegranate.
- 11. Hold the fruit over a bowl.
- 12. Press the fruit apart so the seeds fall out.
- 13. Put on thin rubber or disposable gloves, as the juice stains strongly.
- 14. Put the kiwi cubes into a tall container.
- 15. Add the lime juice.
- 16. Puree the mixture very finely with a hand blender.
- 17. Crush the ice cubes very finely in the ice crusher.
- 18. Distribute the crushed ice onto two glasses.
- 19. Add the reserved lime slices to the glasses.
- 20. Pour the kiwi puree over the ice.
- 21. Add half of the pomegranate seeds to each glass.
- 22. Serve the cocktails immediately.
