  1. 1. Peel the kiwis thinly.
  2. 2. Cut the peeled kiwis into coarse cubes.
  3. 3. Rinse the limes under hot water.
  4. 4. Dry the limes with a cloth.
  5. 5. Halve the organic limes.
  6. 6. Cut a thin slice from each of the four lime halves.
  7. 7. Set the lime slices aside.
  8. 8. Halve the remaining limes as well.
  9. 9. Squeeze all the limes.
  10. 10. Cut out a wedge-shaped piece at the crown of the pomegranate.
  11. 11. Hold the fruit over a bowl.
  12. 12. Press the fruit apart so the seeds fall out.
  13. 13. Put on thin rubber or disposable gloves, as the juice stains strongly.
  14. 14. Put the kiwi cubes into a tall container.
  15. 15. Add the lime juice.
  16. 16. Puree the mixture very finely with a hand blender.
  17. 17. Crush the ice cubes very finely in the ice crusher.
  18. 18. Distribute the crushed ice onto two glasses.
  19. 19. Add the reserved lime slices to the glasses.
  20. 20. Pour the kiwi puree over the ice.
  21. 21. Add half of the pomegranate seeds to each glass.
  22. 22. Serve the cocktails immediately.
