  3. 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  4. 4. Wash the jalapeños thoroughly.
  5. 5. Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeños.
  6. 6. Finely chop the jalapeños.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwis completely.
  8. 8. Cut the kiwis into coarse cubes.
  9. 9. Place the kiwi cubes, apple juice, lemon juice, oil, and honey into a blender.
  10. 10. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
  11. 11. Add a little water if you prefer a more liquid dressing.
  12. 12. Fold the sliced spring onions into the pureed kiwi mixture.
  13. 13. Fold the chopped jalapeños into the dressing.
  14. 14. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
