🍽️ Fresh Kiwi Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 spring onions
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 kiwis
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp honey (à 15 g)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the dry ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the jalapeños thoroughly.
- 5. Remove the stems and seeds from the jalapeños.
- 6. Finely chop the jalapeños.
- 7. Peel the kiwis completely.
- 8. Cut the kiwis into coarse cubes.
- 9. Place the kiwi cubes, apple juice, lemon juice, oil, and honey into a blender.
- 10. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 11. Add a little water if you prefer a more liquid dressing.
- 12. Fold the sliced spring onions into the pureed kiwi mixture.
- 13. Fold the chopped jalapeños into the dressing.
- 14. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
- 15. Season the dressing with freshly ground pepper to taste.
