Ingredients
- 3 Kiwis
- 150 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwi and cut the flesh into small pieces.
- 2. Place the kiwi pieces on a shallow plate.
- 3. Put the plate in the freezer for about 30 minutes until the kiwi is frozen.
- 4. Take the frozen kiwi pieces out and put them in a blender together with the buttermilk.
- 5. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 6. Sweeten the smoothie to taste with maple syrup.
- 7. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses.
- 8. Serve the drink immediately.
