  6. 6. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Add lukewarm water gradually until the dough is pliable.
  8. 8. Continue beating the dough until it releases from the sides of the bowl.
  9. 9. Dust your work surface with a little flour.
  10. 10. Knead the dough briefly by hand.
  11. 11. Shape the dough into a ball.
  12. 12. Brush the ball with a little melted butter.
  13. 13. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap.
  14. 14. Let the dough rest overnight in the refrigerator.
  15. 15. Place a large cloth on your work surface.

  17. 17. Mix the cherries with powdered sugar.
