  1. 1. Whip the cream together with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the packet of vanilla sugar until very stiff. Drain the cherries and simmer them with 3 tablespoons of sugar for 6 minutes. Then puree the mixture using a hand blender and let it cool down.
  2. 2. Fill 1 to 2 tablespoons of cherry puree into 4 glasses each. Add the whipped cream, top with another layer of cherry puree, and garnish with some cream. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and serve them cold.
