🍽️ Quick Cherry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 450 g cherries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Remove the pits and cut the cherries in half.
- 3. Place the cherries in a pot.
- 4. Set the pot over medium heat.
- 5. Cook the cherries for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir the cherries occasionally.
- 7. Mash the soft cherries into a puree using a fork.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low.
- 9. Let the jam simmer for 10 minutes.
- 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 11. Mix the chia seeds thoroughly into the warm jam.
- 12. Stir in the honey.
- 13. Allow the jam to cool down completely.
- 14. Transfer the finished jam into a screw-top jar.
- 15. Enjoy the jam immediately or store it.
