  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the pits from the cherries.
  3. 3. Puree the pitted cherries into a smooth pulp.
  4. 4. Press the cherry pulp through a fine sieve to separate the juice from the fibers.
  5. 5. Pour the extracted cherry juice into a pot.
  6. 6. Heat the juice together with the honey until the mixture boils.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the hot mixture.
  8. 8. Allow the cherry-honey mixture to cool down completely.
  9. 9. Pour cooled mineral water into the cherry mixture.
  10. 10. Place the lemonade in the refrigerator for one hour to let the flavors meld.
  11. 11. Fill the drinking glasses with ice cubes.
  12. 12. Pour the cold lemonade over the ice.
  13. 13. Garnish each glass with a fresh cherry.
  14. 14. Serve the lemonade immediately.
