🍰 Cherry Tarts with Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
- 250 g butter cookies
- 50 g ground almond kernels
- 150 g melted butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g quark
- 80 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 300 g cherries
Instructions
- 1. Line the molds with baking paper.
- 2. Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with the almonds and butter. Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom and sides of the tart molds. Chill the molds in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Beat the cream cheese, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the cheese mixture. Spread the cream over the well-chilled base. Chill the tarts again.
- 4. Halve the cherries and remove the pits. Place the cherries on the tarts with the cut side facing up. Serve now.
