🍰 Chocolate-Dipped Cherries

Ingredients
- 600 g cherries (with stems)
- 150 g chocolate coating
- 1 tsp palm oil
- 100 g coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Place the cherries on a kitchen towel and gently pat them dry.
- 3. Place a bowl with chocolate coating over a pot of hot, but not boiling, water.
- 4. Add the palm fat to the chocolate and stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- 5. Remove the bowl from the pot and let the chocolate cool down slightly so it is not too runny.
- 6. Dip each cherry halfway into the melted chocolate.
- 7. Immediately roll the chocolate-covered half of the cherry in coconut flakes.
- 8. Place the finished cherries into small candy molds or onto baking paper.
- 9. Let the cherries air dry until the chocolate has set.
- 10. Arrange the chocolate cherries on small plates.
- 11. Serve the treat together with a glass of sparkling wine.
