  1. 1. Set aside a few fresh cherries.
  2. 2. Puree the remaining cherries together with the yogurt until smooth.
  3. 3. Season the mixture with lemon juice and sweetener to taste.
  4. 4. Place the cherry-yogurt mixture in the freezer.
  5. 5. Take the mixture out of the freezer every 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir or puree the mixture vigorously each time.
  7. 7. Repeat this process for a total of 2 hours.
  8. 8. Fill the finished cherry mixture into small ice molds.
  9. 9. Smooth the surface of the molds.
  10. 10. Put the molds back in the freezer until the ice cream is firm.
  11. 11. Peel the oranges so that you remove the white pith as well.
  12. 12. Carefully separate the fruit segments.
  13. 13. Catch the released orange juice in a bowl.
  14. 14. Dip the ice molds briefly into hot water.
  15. 15. Turn out the semi-frozen ice onto small plates.
  16. 16. Garnish the ice cream with the orange segments and the reserved cherries.
  17. 17. Drizzle the collected orange juice over the ice cream.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the dessert with chopped pistachios.
