🍽️ Cherry Grain Porridge

Ingredients
- 100 g sweet cherries
- 20 g 7-grain cereal flakes (2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Drain the cherries and carefully remove the pits.
- 3. Mix the cereal flakes with 125 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture over low heat until it boils.
- 5. Simmer the porridge for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 6. Add the pitted cherries to the pot.
- 7. Roughly chop the cherries using a hand blender directly in the pot.
- 8. Bring the mixture back to a brief boil.
- 9. Stir in the oil until it is fully incorporated.
- 10. Let the porridge cool down slightly before feeding.
