  1. 1. Put the cream and two teaspoons of sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2. Whip the cream with a mixer until very stiff.
  3. 3. Gently fold the stiff cream into the yogurt.
  4. 4. Stir mascarpone and vanilla into the yogurt-cream mixture.
  5. 5. Let the cherries drain in a sieve.
  6. 6. Take 300 grams of the cherries for the sauce.
  7. 7. Put the 300 grams of cherries into a pot.
  8. 8. Add three tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon to the pot.
  9. 9. Add 100 milliliters of the drained cherry liquid to the pot.
  10. 10. Simmer the cherries for five minutes with a lid on.
  11. 11. Puree the cooked cherries with a hand blender.
  12. 12. Press the cherry mixture through a fine sieve.
  13. 13. Let the cherry puree cool down.
  14. 14. Break the amaretti cookies into small pieces.
  15. 15. Distribute the cookie pieces onto four glass bowls.
  16. 16. Drizzle each bowl with two to three tablespoons of amaretto liqueur.
  17. 17. Put the cooled cherry puree on the cookies.
  18. 18. Layer the remaining drained cherries on top.
  19. 19. Fill the bowls with the yogurt-cream mixture.
  20. 20. Put the dessert in the fridge for a while.
  21. 21. Garnish the dessert with sugar pearls.
  22. 22. Serve the cups cold.
