  1. 1. Beat sugar and eggs with a mixer until creamy.
  2. 2. Stir flour and milk into the mixture.
  3. 3. Continue stirring until the batter is smooth.
  4. 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  5. 5. Wash the cherries under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the pits from the cherries.
  7. 7. Pour hot water over the apricots.
  8. 8. Peel off the skin from the apricots.
  9. 9. Halve the apricots.
  10. 10. Remove the pits from the apricot halves.
  11. 11. Slice the apricots into thin wedges.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  13. 13. Grease 6 small molds well.
  14. 14. Fill the molds with the batter.
  15. 15. Arrange the apricots and cherries on the batter.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the tarts with one tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  17. 17. Bake the tarts in the oven for 35 minutes.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the tarts with the remaining powdered sugar before serving.
