🍰 Cherry Tarts

Ingredients
- 175 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 350 ml milk
- 500 g black sweet cherries
- 400 g apricots
- fat (for the molds)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Beat sugar and eggs with a mixer until creamy.
- 2. Stir flour and milk into the mixture.
- 3. Continue stirring until the batter is smooth.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- 5. Wash the cherries under running water.
- 6. Remove the pits from the cherries.
- 7. Pour hot water over the apricots.
- 8. Peel off the skin from the apricots.
- 9. Halve the apricots.
- 10. Remove the pits from the apricot halves.
- 11. Slice the apricots into thin wedges.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 13. Grease 6 small molds well.
- 14. Fill the molds with the batter.
- 15. Arrange the apricots and cherries on the batter.
- 16. Sprinkle the tarts with one tablespoon of powdered sugar.
- 17. Bake the tarts in the oven for 35 minutes.
- 18. Sprinkle the tarts with the remaining powdered sugar before serving.
