🍰 Cherry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
- 300 g cherries (pitted, fresh or frozen)
- 50 g birch sugar (as powdered sugar)
- 350 g Greek yogurt
- 0.5 lime (zest and juice)
- 100 g fresh cherries
Instructions
- 1. Place the cherries and powdered sugar into a mixing cup.
- 2. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until as smooth as possible.
- 3. Strain the cherry puree through a fine sieve to remove any seeds or coarse fibers.
- 4. Stir the yogurt into the strained puree.
- 5. Add the grated lime zest and lime juice, then mix everything well.
- 6. Pour the mixture into six ice pop molds.
- 7. Place the molds in the freezer for about one hour.
- 8. Insert the wooden sticks into the half-frozen popsicles.
- 9. Allow the popsicles to freeze completely for another three hours.
- 10. Carefully release the ice from the molds before serving.
- 11. Thoroughly wash the fresh cherries.
- 12. Decorate the ice pops with the washed cherries on a serving plate.
