🍰 Cherry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sweet cherry
- 350 g yogurt
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Let the cherries drain well in a colander.
- 3. Remove the pits from all the cherries.
- 4. Take about 200 grams of the pitted cherries and puree them finely.
- 5. Add the yogurt to the cherry puree mixture.
- 6. Add the cream to the mixture.
- 7. Add the powdered sugar to the mixture.
- 8. Add the lemon juice to the mixture.
- 9. Stir all ingredients well together until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- 10. Put the cherry-yogurt mixture into the ice cream maker.
- 11. Let the ice cream maker run for 30 to 40 minutes until the mixture is frozen creamy.
- 12. Add the remaining pitted cherries in the last minute.
- 13. Let the ice cream maker run for another 10 minutes until the time is up.
- 14. Use an ice cream scoop to take balls out of the finished ice cream.
- 15. Put the ice cream portions into small cups.
- 16. Serve the ice cream as you like.
