Ingredients
- 150 g small bananas (1 small banana)
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 100 ml cherry juice
- 25 g fine oat flakes (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana.
- 2. Break the banana into large chunks.
- 3. Place the banana chunks, juice, and yogurt into a tall container.
- 4. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
- 5. Stir the oat flakes into the puree mixture.
- 6. Pour the drink into a glass or a cup.
- 7. Chill the drink thoroughly before drinking.
