🥤 Fruity Kids' Punch

Ingredients
- 1 organic orange
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 2 cardamom pods
- 125 ml elderberry juice
- 125 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the orange under hot water and pat it dry.
- 2. Cut thin strips from the orange peel (these are called zest).
- 3. Cut the orange in half.
- 4. Cut one half into wedges, but keep the bottom skin intact.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the other orange half.
- 6. Bring 500 milliliters of water to a boil in a pot.
- 7. Add the orange zest and the spices to the boiling water.
- 8. Simmer the mixture on low heat with the lid on for 15 minutes.
- 9. Add the orange juice, elderberry juice, apple juice, and honey.
- 10. Stir everything well.
- 11. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 12. Strain the punch through a sieve to remove solid ingredients.
- 13. Pour the punch into glasses.
- 14. Add the orange wedges to the glasses.
- 15. Enjoy the punch hot or lukewarm.
