🍽️ Spicy Kidney Beans with Onions and Garlic

Ingredients
- 800 g kidney beans (from the can)
- 2 onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml meat broth
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp coriander powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of kidney beans and drain the liquid using a sieve.
- 2. Take the onions and garlic. Remove the outer skins and chop both ingredients very finely.
- 3. Pour the olive oil into a pot and set the stove to a moderate heat.
- 4. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the hot oil.
- 5. Stir the onions and garlic constantly until they become soft and slightly translucent.
- 6. Add the drained kidney beans and the broth to the pot.
- 7. Sprinkle cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper over the mixture.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt and stir everything well.
- 9. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 10. Let the beans simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
