Ingredients
- 400 g chickpeas (jar, drained weight)
- 3 spring onions
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 80 g feta cheese
- 10 g parsley (1 bunch)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)

- paprika powder (sweet)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl.
- 2. Peel the onions, wash them, and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the peppers, remove the inside, and cut them into small cubes.
- 5. Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes.
- 6. Wash the parsley and remove the coarse stems.
- 7. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 8. Add all prepared ingredients to the chickpeas in the bowl.
- 9. Mix everything well together.
- 10. Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 11. Season the dressing mixture with chili, pepper, paprika powder, and salt.
- 12. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 13. Let the salad marinate for a short time.
- 14. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
