  6. 6. Puree the chickpeas into a mixture.
  7. 7. Stir the diced onion into the chickpea mixture.
  8. 8. Press the garlic through and stir it in.
  9. 9. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  11. 11. Knead the breadcrumbs into the mixture.
  12. 12. Lightly moisten your hands.
