🍽️ Creamy Chickpea Dip

Ingredients
- 240 g chickpeas (can; drained weight)
- 100 g quark (1.5 % fat)
- 30 g tahini (2 tbsp)
- cumin
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black cumin
Instructions
- 1. Place the chickpeas in a colander.
- 2. Rinse them under running water.
- 3. Let the water drain off completely.
- 4. Place the drained chickpeas in a tall container.
- 5. Add the thick yogurt.
- 6. Add the tahini paste.
- 7. Blend the mixture finely with a hand blender.
- 8. Season the dip with cumin.
- 9. Add some salt.
- 10. Sprinkle in cayenne pepper for heat.
- 11. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- 12. Sprinkle black cumin over the finished dip.
- 13. Serve the dip now.
