  4. 4. Sauté the spices over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cinnamon and cocoa to the pot.
  6. 6. Deglaze the mixture with coconut milk and 250 ml of water.
  7. 7. Whisk everything together thoroughly.
  8. 8. Bring the cocoa mixture to a boil once.
  9. 9. Whip the cream with a hand mixer.
  10. 10. Divide the hot cocoa among four cups.
  11. 11. Top with the whipped cream.
