Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- pepper
- chili flakes
- cinnamon
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 g cold whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pot on the stove.
- 2. Add the butter to the pot and let it melt.
- 3. Add the pepper and chili flakes to the hot butter.
- 4. Sauté the spices over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Add the cinnamon and cocoa to the pot.
- 6. Deglaze the mixture with coconut milk and 250 ml of water.
- 7. Whisk everything together thoroughly.
- 8. Bring the cocoa mixture to a boil once.
- 9. Whip the cream with a hand mixer.
- 10. Divide the hot cocoa among four cups.
- 11. Top with the whipped cream.
