  4. 4. Let the mixture swell for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir the mixture again after the waiting period.
  6. 6. Divide the chia pudding evenly among four glasses.
  7. 7. Cover the glasses.
  8. 8. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  9. 9. It is best to chill them overnight.
  10. 10. Remove the core of the papaya the next day.
  11. 11. Cut the papaya flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  12. 12. Add the lemon juice and flaxseed oil to the papaya.
  13. 13. Mix the papaya with the dressing.
  14. 14. Let the papaya mixture marinate for about 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Roughly chop the walnuts in the meantime.
