  4. 4. Set the stove to a very low heat setting.
  5. 5. Steam the pumpkin for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
  6. 6. Take a non-stick frying pan.
  7. 7. Add the pumpkin seeds to the dry pan.
  8. 8. Roast the seeds until they are golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the pot with the soft pumpkin from the stove.
  10. 10. Puree the pumpkin finely with a hand blender.
  11. 11. Let the pumpkin puree cool down briefly.
  12. 12. Wait until the puree is lukewarm.
  13. 13. Add honey to the lukewarm pumpkin mixture.
  14. 14. Add butter to the mixture.
  15. 15. Crack an egg into the mixture.
  16. 16. Mix everything well together.

  18. 18. Add both types of flour to the bowl.
  19. 19. Add the yeast to the bowl.
  20. 20. Add the salt to the bowl.
