🍰 Crunchy Nut Yogurt with Kiwi

Ingredients
- 100 g blanched almond kernels
- 40 g raisins
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 2 sprigs mint
- 4 kiwis
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Toast the almonds in the hot pan without fat.
- 3. Toast the almonds for three minutes.
- 4. Roughly chop the toasted almonds.
- 5. Mix the chopped almonds with the raisins.
- 6. Fill the nut-raisin mixture into four glasses.
- 7. Add the yogurt on top of the nut mixture.
- 8. Wash the mint under running water.
- 9. Shake the mint dry.
- 10. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 11. Set aside a few mint leaves for decoration.
- 12. Peel the kiwis.
- 13. Cut four nice slices of kiwi for decoration.
- 14. Puree the remaining kiwi together with the mint until smooth.
- 15. Pour the puree over the yogurt.
- 16. Decorate the glasses with the reserved mint leaves.
- 17. Decorate the glasses with the kiwi slices.
