  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Toast the almonds in the hot pan without fat.
  3. 3. Toast the almonds for three minutes.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the toasted almonds.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped almonds with the raisins.
  6. 6. Fill the nut-raisin mixture into four glasses.
  7. 7. Add the yogurt on top of the nut mixture.
  8. 8. Wash the mint under running water.
  9. 9. Shake the mint dry.
  10. 10. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Set aside a few mint leaves for decoration.
  12. 12. Peel the kiwis.
  13. 13. Cut four nice slices of kiwi for decoration.
  14. 14. Puree the remaining kiwi together with the mint until smooth.
  15. 15. Pour the puree over the yogurt.
  16. 16. Decorate the glasses with the reserved mint leaves.
  17. 17. Decorate the glasses with the kiwi slices.
