Ingredients
- 1 bunch chervil (small)
- 300 g soured cream
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chervil thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chervil dry.
- 3. Finely chop the chervil.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes.
- 5. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 7. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Place the chopped chervil into a bowl.
- 9. Add the tomato cubes.
- 10. Pour the buttermilk over the vegetables.
- 11. Stir everything well.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 14. Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- 15. Add one teaspoon of olive oil.
- 16. Stir in the vinegar and oil.
