🥤 Creamy Spiced Kefir Lassi

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 20 g Ginger root
- 800 ml Kefir
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- 1 pinch ground Clove
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and remove the skin from the ginger.
- 2. Cut the bananas and ginger into small pieces.
- 3. Place the banana pieces, ginger pieces, and kefir into a stand mixer.
- 4. Add cinnamon, cardamom, a clove, and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg to the mixer.
- 5. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and fine.
- 6. Divide the finished kefir lassi among four glasses.
- 7. Dust the drink with a little cinnamon if desired.
- 8. Serve the lassi immediately.
