🍲 Cool Kefir Fruit Soup

Ingredients
- 500 g Kefir
- 300 g Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Oats
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 300 g Apricots
- 200 g Raspberries
- Lemon Balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk kefir and yogurt together in a bowl. Add the oat flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey. Mix everything well until a creamy mixture forms.
- 2. Wash the apricots thoroughly. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice the flesh into thin wedges. Rinse the raspberries briefly under cold water and pat them dry gently with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pour the cold kefir mixture onto individual plates. Distribute the apricot wedges and raspberries evenly on top. Garnish the dish with fresh lemon balm leaves at the end.
