🥤 Fresh Kefir Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 sprigs dill
- 400 ml kefir (well chilled)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 handful ice cubes
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the inner part with the seeds.
- 4. Cut the cucumber flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Rinse the dill under cold water.
- 6. Shake the dill dry.
- 7. Pick the dill leaves off the stems.
- 8. Add the cucumber pieces, dill, kefir, honey, lemon juice, and ice cubes to the blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 10. Season the smoothie to taste with a pinch of salt.
- 11. Add freshly ground pepper.
- 12. Pour the mixture into glasses.
- 13. Serve the drink immediately.
