  2. 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the inner part with the seeds.
  4. 4. Cut the cucumber flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Rinse the dill under cold water.
  6. 6. Shake the dill dry.
  7. 7. Pick the dill leaves off the stems.
  8. 8. Add the cucumber pieces, dill, kefir, honey, lemon juice, and ice cubes to the blender.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  10. 10. Season the smoothie to taste with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Add freshly ground pepper.
