Ingredients
- 300 g rice
- 4 eggs
- 600 g fish (smoked, e.g. halibut, goldbar fish)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 2 spring onions (cut into thick rings)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice and drain it well. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Meanwhile, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and fry them in hot fat in a large pot.
- 2. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them finely. Set aside one or two pieces for decoration. Add the cream to the fish in the pot and warm it up.
- 3. Add the rice and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Gently fold in the spring onions, chopped egg, and chive rolls. Serve the dish garnished with the remaining egg pieces.
