  1. 1. Cook the rice and drain it well. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Meanwhile, cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and fry them in hot fat in a large pot.
  2. 2. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them finely. Set aside one or two pieces for decoration. Add the cream to the fish in the pot and warm it up.
  3. 3. Add the rice and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Gently fold in the spring onions, chopped egg, and chive rolls. Serve the dish garnished with the remaining egg pieces.
