🍽️ Juicy Lamb Kebab Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g lamb meat (from the leg, without fat and sinews)
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- bell peppers (1 green and 1 red each)
- 4 firm tomatoes
- 4 chili peppers
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lamb meat into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 2. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Finely chop the onion.
- 4. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 5. Put the onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and oil into a bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
- 7. Add the meat cubes to the marinade.
- 8. Mix everything well together.
- 9. Place the bowl with the marinade in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- 10. Wash the peppers.
- 11. Remove the stem and the inside of the peppers.
- 12. Halve the peppers.
- 13. Remove the white seeds from the peppers.
- 14. Cut the peppers into pieces of about 2 cm.
- 15. Wash the tomatoes.
- 16. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 17. Cut the tomato quarters again crosswise.
- 18. Wash the chili peppers.
- 19. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 20. Remove the inside and white seeds from the chili peppers.
- 21. Cut the chili peppers into pieces of about 2 cm long.
- 22. Alternately thread the meat, pepper pieces, tomatoes, and chili pieces onto the skewers.
- 23. Grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- 24. Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking.
