  1. 1. Cut the lamb meat into cubes of about 2 cm.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. 4. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
  5. 5. Put the onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and oil into a bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
  7. 7. Add the meat cubes to the marinade.
  8. 8. Mix everything well together.
  9. 9. Place the bowl with the marinade in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  10. 10. Wash the peppers.
  11. 11. Remove the stem and the inside of the peppers.
  12. 12. Halve the peppers.
  13. 13. Remove the white seeds from the peppers.
  14. 14. Cut the peppers into pieces of about 2 cm.
  15. 15. Wash the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Quarter the tomatoes.
  17. 17. Cut the tomato quarters again crosswise.
  18. 18. Wash the chili peppers.
  19. 19. Cut the chili peppers lengthwise.
  20. 20. Remove the inside and white seeds from the chili peppers.
  21. 21. Cut the chili peppers into pieces of about 2 cm long.
  22. 22. Alternately thread the meat, pepper pieces, tomatoes, and chili pieces onto the skewers.
  23. 23. Grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 12 to 15 minutes.
