  3. 3. Crumble the yeast into the well.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the yeast with sugar.
  5. 5. Mix the yeast with a little water to form a thick batter.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Wait until the dough starts to bubble.
  9. 9. Melt the butter.
  10. 10. Warm the milk until lukewarm.
  11. 11. Add the butter to the dough.
  12. 12. Add the salt to the dough.
  13. 13. Add the egg yolks to the dough.
  14. 14. Mix everything well.
  15. 15. Gradually add milk.
  16. 16. Stir until you have a very thick, creamy batter.
  17. 17. Let the dough rise for another 20 minutes.

  34. 34. Garnish them with small sprigs of dill.
