  2. 2. Add the butter, sugar, and eggs.
  3. 3. Beat the ingredients with an electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the coconut flakes and blueberries into the batter.
  5. 5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted) and place the pan in the center.
  7. 7. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for another 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the cake out of the pan and let it cool completely.
  10. 10. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar and serve.
