🍰 Moist Blueberry Loaf Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 100 g blueberries (cleaned)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Add the butter, sugar, and eggs.
- 3. Beat the ingredients with an electric hand mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy.
- 4. Gently fold in the coconut flakes and blueberries into the batter.
- 5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted) and place the pan in the center.
- 7. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- 8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for another 15 minutes.
- 9. Turn the cake out of the pan and let it cool completely.
- 10. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar and serve.
