🍰 Aromatic Chestnut Flour Cake

Ingredients
- 500 g chestnut flour
- 50 g pine nuts
- 100 g raisins
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Put the chestnut flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Pour about 800 milliliters of water into it.
- 3. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 4. Stir the mixture vigorously until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- 5. Take a shallow baking pan.
- 6. Lightly grease the pan with a little oil.
- 7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 8. Smooth the surface of the batter evenly with a spoon or spatula.
- 9. Turn on your oven and set the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius.
- 10. Pick the small needles off the rosemary sprigs.
- 11. Chop the rosemary needles roughly with a knife.
- 12. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary needles evenly over the batter.
- 13. Distribute the pine nuts evenly on the surface.
- 14. Sprinkle the raisins evenly over the cake.
- 15. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the topped surface.
- 16. Place the pan in the preheated oven.
- 17. Bake the cake for about 45 minutes.
- 18. Take the cake out of the oven.
- 19. Let the cake rest briefly so it can cool down a little.
- 20. Cut the cooled cake into bite-sized pieces.
