🍽️ Creamy Potato Soup with Diced Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 400 g floury potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 meat broth (ready-made product)
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pot.
- 4. Sauté the onions and garlic in it briefly.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Peel the potatoes.
- 7. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- 8. Add the potato cubes to the pot.
- 9. Sauté the potatoes briefly.
- 10. Pour the broth into the pot.
- 11. Bring the soup to a boil.
- 12. Cook the soup over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Check if the potatoes are tender.
- 14. Remove a small amount of the potato cubes from the soup.
- 15. Puree the rest of the soup finely.
- 16. Season the pureed soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- 17. Stir the cream into the soup.
- 18. Return the reserved potato cubes to the pot.
- 19. Heat the soup briefly.
- 20. Adjust the seasoning of the soup if needed.
- 21. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
