🍽️ Grilled Potato Skewers with Avocado Dip

Ingredients
- 500 g large waxy potatoes
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 ripe avocado
- juice of one lime
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 untreated lemon
- 4 red chili peppers
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.
- 3. Pick the thyme leaves off the stems.
- 4. Mix the thyme leaves in a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 5. Thread three potato slices onto each wooden skewer.
- 6. Brush the skewers generously with the herb-oil mixture.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill.
- 8. Cook the skewers for 20 minutes.
- 9. Turn the skewers once halfway through the cooking time.
- 10. Peel the avocado.
- 11. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- 12. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork until smooth.
- 13. Stir the mashed avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper, and sour cream until well combined.
- 14. Serve the grilled potato skewers with the avocado sauce.
