  7. 7. Dice the shallot finely.
  8. 8. Wash the bell peppers.
  9. 9. Halve the bell peppers.
  10. 10. Remove the core and seeds.
  11. 11. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  12. 12. Wash the spring onions.
  13. 13. Trim off the dry ends.
  14. 14. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rounds.
  15. 15. Cut the cheese into strips.
  16. 16. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  17. 17. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
