Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes (cooked and sliced)
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 red beets (cooked, diced)
- 1 red onion (finely diced)
- 2 Boskop apples (diced)
- 100 g pickles (diced)
- 2 matjes fillets (cut into strips)
- 100 g cold veal roast (cut into strips)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp dill (finely chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the mayonnaise and yogurt together in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Season the sauce generously with salt and black pepper to your liking.
- 3. Gently fold in all the remaining ingredients into the seasoned sauce.
- 4. Sprinkle the finished salad with fresh dill before serving.
