  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Grate the potatoes coarsely using a grater.
  3. 3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl until they are well beaten.
  4. 4. Add the flour and salt to the potato mixture.
  5. 5. Mix the potatoes with the beaten eggs until everything is well combined.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
  7. 7. Take about two to three tablespoons of the potato mixture for one pancake.
  8. 8. Place the mixture in the hot pan and press it flat to form a round pancake about eight to nine centimeters in diameter.
  9. 9. Fry the pancake until golden brown on one side.
  10. 10. Turn the pancake and fry the other side until golden brown as well.
  11. 11. Repeat this process until you have twelve to sixteen finished potato pancakes.
  12. 12. Wash the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  14. 14. Cut the turkey breast into smaller, bite-sized pieces if necessary.
  15. 15. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  16. 16. Tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces depending on their size.
  17. 17. Dry the lettuce leaves well, for example using a salad spinner.
  18. 18. Take half of the finished potato pancakes.
  19. 19. Place a dollop of mayonnaise and a dollop of ketchup on each of these pancakes.
  20. 20. Spread the sauces evenly over the surface.
  21. 21. Place tomato slices on the sauced pancakes.
  22. 22. Add a portion of lettuce on top of the tomatoes.
  23. 23. Place the turkey breast pieces on the lettuce.
  24. 24. Take the remaining potato pancakes.
  25. 25. Pipe a heart shape out of ketchup and a heart shape out of mayonnaise onto each of these pancakes.
  26. 26. Place the pancakes topped with meat and vegetables as lids onto the pancakes with the piped hearts.
