Ingredients
- 700 g potatoes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g whipping cream
- 8 tbsp butter
- 0.5 bunch sage leaves

Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small cubes. Place the pieces in a pot of salted water, cover it, and boil for about 25 minutes until tender.
- 2. Finely chop the sage leaves. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add the chopped sage, and fry lightly for a few minutes until fragrant. Then remove the pan from the heat.
